Project Coordinator

The Bethany Children’s Trust is a small, UK based, dynamic, well established Christian charity, working on behalf of marginalised children. Our vision is to equip the Christian Church to lead the way in building a local and global society where every child is loved, valued, safe, nurtured and free to reach their God-given potential.

The Project Coordinator, will develop the support BCT offers to its overseas project partners, monitor our partners’ work, provide advice, encourage them, identify training needs and enable them to flourish.

The successful candidate
The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Working with marginalised children.
• Cross cultural work.
• Helping projects to grow and develop in size and impact, and in building networks.
• Monitoring, evaluation, measuring and demonstrating impact.
• Facilitating workshops and seminars, using participatory approaches to learning.

The successful applicant will be committed to BCT’s Christian values.

Status: Part-time (3 days a week)

Contract: Fixed-term contract, potentially renewable annually dependent on funding/performance.
