Qualifications and experience

• Two years of work experience in a coordinator or project management position in organizations
• Possession of skills, division of tasks, and time management
• Proficiency in communicating with different personalities
• The skill of managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Good computer skills in using Microsoft Office software and writing mail in a professional manner
• The ability to plan and organize work in a flexible work environment and the ability to read with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Risk Management
• Ability and willingness to travel to locations and work in remote locations, for extended periods of time

Preferably from the same governorate  

Tasks

• Preparing a detailed work schedule for the project in addition to work plans
• Coordination of the project’s internal resources with external parties and the services provided through the project’s progress
• Meet regularly with the project manager to review the project and discuss future assignments.
• Keep track of all project costs to ensure the budget is covered
• Providing them with the information contained in the project periodically and preparing it
• Organizing and managing contracts with employees
• Distribute work assignments and assist in schedule management.
• Preparing reports for the management department regarding the status of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time
• Verify that all necessary tools are available
• Attending conferences and training courses
• Preparing spreadsheets, charts, graphics, graphs and maps that show how the work is going
