Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the implementation of activities aimed at strengthening agribusinesses and improving employment opportunities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The selected candidate will work closely with trainers, consultants, and project partners to ensure the effective implementation of the SME Loop approach, which focuses on supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to grow and improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the SME Loop approach and provide advice on how activities can be effectively carried out.
• Work with trainers and coaches to develop an implementation plan for project activities.
• Prepare and organize Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, including training materials and methodology.
• Provide guidance on the local context and support coordination with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying appropriate training modules for different types of SMEs participating in the program.
• Support the project team in establishing a system to monitor SME performance and track progress during implementation.
• Contribute to documenting lessons learned and supporting knowledge management throughout the project.
