Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at Copenhagen Business School is searching for a project coordinator for a joint extracurricular programme supported by Deloitte – “Change Challenge”.

Working alongside CSE’s other employees, you will plan and run the programme in collaboration with the rest of the team.

You are

  • Recent graduate with a university degree.
  • A practical and systematic and patient problem solver who works well independently and is energized operating in unusual or undefined problem spaces.
  • Naturally curious – about how things work, partnerships and creative processes.
  • Curious about people, social and engaging.
  • Passionate about transformational learning and entrepreneurship and the capacity to make a greater impact in society.

Tasks will include

  • Executing the CHANGE programme which include:
    • Recruiting relevant students.
    • Participating in all programme activities.
    • Communicating the content and coordination including stakeholder reporting.
    • Participate in data collection, aggregation and analysis of impact of the programme.  
    • All communication with stakeholders including SoMe.
  • Responsible for all material connected to the programme.

What you should bring

The job as project coordinator requires you to have stellar communication skills, as you are often required to independently communicate and cooperate with various people. It also requires you to have good IT skills, and English language skills. On a more general note, the job requires that you are flexible and keep a good overview when multiple tasks need to be solved at the same time. You will be expected to commit to occasional evening and/or weekend work.

Conditions of employment

The position is full-time, and you will be expected to work primarily in-person at our offices at CBS (Porcelænshaven 26). The salary follows the current collective agreement.

This position is an externally funded position with a start date as soon as possible, and end date is 31 December 2026.
