Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading, international supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Logistics Coordinator to oversee projects across the UK from the company’s head office in Birmingham. With a good package, this is a great opportunity for an individual with experience of overseeing projects looking for a new opportunity.Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects of various sizes and values to fit customers’ requirements for warehouse racking systems
• Working closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure that all projects are viable
• Ensuring both risk management and health & safety are adhered to on all projects overseen
• Ordering and scheduling the delivery of parts, equipment and labour
• Communicating with clients and internal management with regular updates on the progress of projects

RequirementsThe company are looking for candidates who have experience of coordinating projects within the racking industry or something related such as warehousing, construction or fit outs. It is essential that you have knowledge of health and safety as this will be a key aspect of the position. It is also a requirement that you have demonstratable skills with IT systems. Due to the requirements of the role, you will need to live within commutable distance of the company’s office in Birmingham.Benefits
