About the Role
We are in search of a highly talented project coordinator to join our dynamic team and provide critical project support for the Respect Education Program, which aims to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful community. As a Project Coordinator, you will also have the opportunity to support the coordination of other strategic people programs that influence how the University attracts, retains, and develops talent.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, actively shape and support multiple projects, and further enhance your expertise in this field.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor Respect Education and/or other project specific in-boxes and triage queries
- Manage workshops and participant numbers against attendance targets, participant communications where workshops are cancelled
- Contribute to data and analysis for reporting as required
- Provide high quality project coordination support through the development and implementation of project documentation, communications, stakeholder materials, and logistics coordination.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in project coordination, who excel at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Success in this role hinges on your keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability to working in a diverse and complex environment.
You will also have:
- Relevant qualification in HR or a related discipline, including and/or project management, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
- Experience in the coordination of L&D/OD/HR programs across a large-scale enterprise preferred
- Ability to work effectively with data-competency with the suit of Microsoft Office
- Strong logistics, detail orientation and project coordinator skills
