Project Director

• Lead the Digital Transformation Unit (DTU) within the Ministry of Health in CAR.
• Ensure the overall project success and achieve the expected outcomes and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed work plan considering the local context and SOPs for all PMU and TU members.
• Act as the single point of contact for updating key stakeholders, including Dure Technologies, donors, and the Ministry of Health.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather all current data sets and facilitate the study of available data on DHIS2, Excel, manual registers, etc.
• Coordinate with the TA provider teams and country teams for co-creation-based project cycles.
• Manage the rest of the PMU and Technical Unit within the DTU.
• Supervise field challenges and issues, ensuring resolution through the Help Desk and Technical Support team.
• Share monthly progress reports with all key stakeholders and the Global Fund.
