0.5m Street Lamps, Broadband Cabinets, Phone Boxes, Bus Shelters, CCTV Cameras etc connected to the SPM network.Managing the delivery of the programme via Framework Partner(s) to ensure Guaranteed Standards are met for new UMS Connection Requests and Faults (both ~1,500 pa each).Working closely with Administrative Team within UMS to ensure all costs and volumes are correctly reported.What you’ll be doingStakeholder management of the 35 Local Authorities and other UMS Stakeholders Including:Regular Stakeholder meetingsReview and manage performance to GS StandardsAttend and present at SPEN Stakeholder EventsAttend and present at Regional Street Light Groups, (i.e. Liverpool City Region (LCR) – Street Lighting Group meeting) similar for Wales and CheshireResolve any Billing or Variation queries.Liaise with customers, Local Councillors, local press, Member of Parliament queries.Manage our ICE requirement / Liaison with SPEN Stakeholder team.Stakeholder management of the increasing EV charger installation on Street LampsLiaise with our NP & R, Unmetered Supply Operator (UMSO) of any inventory queries.RRP reviewsFramework Partner ManagementManage the over 3,000 Jobs issued to our Framework Partner(s)Manage the UMS Faults and connections Budgets (circa £3 Million) Contractor portal, POs CVIs, Data returns etc.Manage Street Lamps on Poles and how to progress.Hold daily / weekly reviews to enable the GS standards to be managed.Agree any variations and Back-to-Back charges with the Framework Partner / Local AuthorityAudit and quality checks on the Framework Partner.Provide Technical support / Interface for difficult faults.Street works liaison, for traffic management etc.Liaise and manage the Districts for “own Goal” faults (currently over 25), i.e. Diverted Mains and left street lights off, Install link box and not joint UMS 5th Core etc)Volume confirmation and closing of the 30,00 projects.UMS scorecard productionManage Client and Framework Partner interface.Tender meetings and scopesWhat you’ll bringWe are looking for excellent candidates with experience ideally gained through roles within an energy network demonstrating the ability to lead a team(s) to deliver challenging projects / programmes of work.You will be asked to bring some experience of establishing new processes of working to achieve business goals.
