This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in the financial planning and cost analysis of high-profile construction projects.The Role:As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for a variety of construction projects. Your expertise in evaluating materials, labour, and time requirements will ensure projects are cost-effective and aligned with client expectations.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and accurate project estimates, ensuring alignment with budgets and client requirements.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine costs.
• Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to refine estimates and provide cost-saving solutions.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain cost efficiency.
• Prepare tender documents and participate in bid evaluations.
• Keep up to date with industry pricing trends and construction methodologies to enhance estimation accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Estimator within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
