We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated project evaluator to conduct an external end-term evaluation of our Dodoma Women in Agriculture and Business Initiative (DWABI). DWABI, implemented by Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania (SAT) with support from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), focuses on empowering women through sustainable agriculture and business training in Dodoma, Tanzania.
Evaluation Scope:
Impact: Measure the tangible effects of the project on beneficiaries.
Relevance: Assess how well the project’s activities align with the specific needs and priorities of the target communities.
Effectiveness: Evaluate if the intervention is achieving its objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in evaluating development projects.
- Expertise in sustainable agriculture, economic development, and gender-focused initiatives.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Familiarity with the local context of Dodoma is an asset.
