About the Job:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as Finance Officer. In
this role, you will be a vital member of our Finance Team, ensuring the smooth operation of
Buglife’s financial systems and processes. Your main focus will be supporting our Conservation
Team with internal and external financial management and reporting for their impactful
projects.
You will take ownership of key finance and accounting functions, including checking and
processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and
identifying opportunities to improve processes. You’ll also support the production of
management accounts, budgets, grant claims and returns.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a financial administration role, strong
organisational and IT skills, and a keen eye for detail. Professional accounting qualifications
are desirable. Most importantly, you should be a self-motivated team player who is pragmatic,
innovative and able to work effectively with limited supervision.
