Join Destiny Rescue as a Project Leader in Uganda!
At Destiny Rescue, our mission is to rescue children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and help them stay free. Currently operating in five regions globally, we are expanding our reach and seeking passionate individuals to join our dedicated team.
Position: Full-Time Project Leader
Location: Uganda
Please note: A requirement of this role is that you will live in Uganda on a full-time basis; no short-term applications will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project to ensure that strategic outcomes for rescuing children are achieved.
- Supervise daily operations and provide connections to our funding nations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner organisations.
- Implement and monitor reintegration programs for rescued children.
- Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting and compliance.
- Assist with human resources tasks and strategy development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Able to commit for a 2-year period overseas.
- Passionate about making a difference.
- Experience in social impact work, such as anti-trafficking, is desirable.
