With over 50 million products distributed globally, content licensing allows you to access rich nutritional information that can enrich a consumer’s product knowledge.
Currently we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Team in Norwich.
Your future tasks:
- Responsible for leading the project management of project-sized change and programs of change from feasibility stage through to development and delivery as assigned by the Senior Project Manager.
- Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project and program teams and liaising with Product Owners and Product Managers.
- Guide project/program teams towards the NIQ Change Lifecycle where appropriate, championing ongoing process improvement and helping team members embrace the process.
- Understand the size, complexity and nuances of specific projects to pragmatically adapt the principles of the NIQ Change Lifecycle and the associated tools to activity that is appropriate to the specific need.
- Resolve or raise issues, blockers and risks with the relevant stakeholder, customer or team.
- Define project/program schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
- Organize and lead project and program working meetings ensuring they effectively meet their objectives through an efficient use of the the right roles as defined in the RACI.
- Prepare and distribute status update reports both internally and to customers where applicable.
- Liaise with third parties and track spend and delivery.
- Correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning for assigned projects/programs.
- Work closely with the PMO Analyst to follow and give feedback on project governance.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, PMO Director and Product Leaders to ensure the roadmap is understood and meets the business goals.
- Works closely with Operations and Support teams to join up business and technical activities and planning.
Your profile:
- 2 years of demonstrable experience in project management, and/or application design & development
- Agile Project Management, Prince 2 or equivalent qualification
- Exposure to working on agile methodologies including SCRUM and using agile tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully and prioritize effectively, responding to short deadlines where necessary
- Proven track record in working directly with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that enable their business objectives.
- Ability to effectively influence multiple levels of an organization across functional boundaries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including problem solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent professional qualification or experience will be a plus
- Knowledge/experience of working with FMCG/Retailers/Suppliers will be beneficial
