The Project Manager is Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with the Network strategy, commitments and goals.
lead the planning and implementation of project
facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
define project tasks and resource requirements
develop full scale project plans
assemble and coordinate project staff
manage project budget
manage project resource allocation
plan and schedule project timelines
track project deliverables using appropriate tools
provide direction and support to project team
quality assurance
constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Funders
present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
project evaluations and assessment of results
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
Bachelor degree graduate
Proficiency in MS Office.
Understanding of policy and regulations in related fields
Have the knowledge to Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication
Proven ability to operate in a team environment liaising with a diverse team.
Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience of using own initiative and problem-solving attitude.
Fluent English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
