Development of guidelines and providing support services to client’s departments concerning the Next Generation Digital Transformation, and DSMP implementation;
Promote organisational innovation and support the use of Innovation Lab to ensure co-innovation/co-creation;
Coordinate discussions, workshops and other community building activities to create cross-department collaboration and support follow-up actions resulting from such collaboration, like development of common tools, services, data models, etc…;
Support departments in identifying new modernisation initiatives based on their business’ priorities and documenting them.
Qualifications
If you have:
A Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience;
Great level of English command (C1+);
Experience in the field of modernisation of a complex organisation;
Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working;
Ability to apply high quality standards;
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator, with good negotiation skill;
Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions;
Knowledge of quality procedures;
Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking);
Good knowledge of Agile methodology or Scrum Management or Lean agile;
