Job Description

 Independently coordinate with the contractor’s representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meetings about quality problems including the closure of the Non-Compliance Report.

 Checking and undertake Contractor/Agency measurements & Bills. Verified the bills

for payment according to levels and BOQ. Verification of extra claims raised by the

contractor and Preparing comparative balance sheet.

 To visit raw material resource plants to avoid any deviated material at the site as per IS Code. Raw material like Backfilling material, aggregate, and others. Independently monitoring & review RFI, GFC drawings and other QA/QC documents at site.

 Independently Project Co-Ordination with various internal departments & clients.

 Independently monitoring & controlling all kinds of activity regarding the site

execution work. Coordinate with MEP/HVAC design team to ensure engineering & interior designs are in sync. 
