We’re interested in meeting talented Project Managers who want to work on projects with purpose.

We are mostly based in Yálla-birr-ang (Collingwood, Melbourne) and we welcome applications from all lands and backgrounds. About Today

We are Australia’s most awarded social impact agency.

We use design and technology to make change happen, at pace and at scale. In the last 12 months, we’ve designed and built Australia’s first online family violence intervention order, established a new approach to co-design for the Victorian mental health sector, built a peer-to-peer product that helps people learn Auslan, and launched a campaign to shift mainstream perceptions of climate change—plus many more.

Our practice is built on strong foundations of human-centred design and digital making. There are 50 of us, working across strategy, research, design, content, delivery and a wonderful support team.

About this role

We’re interested in meeting talented Project Managers who enjoy collaborating in a meaningful way to create work that has a positive impact on people, society and the environment. You’re passionate about supporting teams to deliver impactful work, a masterly coordinator and experienced with agile methods.

Your days will be spent:

  • Leading the delivery of large strategic or digital projects
  • Being a point of contact for our wonderful clients across projects
  • Managing project teams, requirements, sprints and outcomes
  • Coordinating day-to-day project activities across projects
  • Being part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver positive impact

Requirements

You will be above to demonstrate:

  • 4+ years project management experience in agencies or organisations
  • Experience running strategic, product or digital projects
  • Experience with human-centred design
  • Experience with agile methods
  • A level of comfort with ambiguity, complexity and a process for working through it
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • You must be legally able to work in Australia
