Job Description:
Ensure all the operations of Strengthening livelihoods and access to Child Protection services to improve living standards and well-being of the most vulnerable children and people in Waingmaw township, Kachin state, Myanmar, by running smoothly and reaching the target in time while managing through one M&E officer and 3 Field Officers.
- Give necessary solutions to problems put up by subordinated
- Facilitate the quarterly, interim and final reports
- Ensure project activities are in align with DIP and financial supplements and give necessary feedback to project staff members.
- Give decision on project implementation as necessary
- Project fund is monitored and give feedback as needed
- Provide leadership to responsible PNS Korea field team in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project
Ensure designated field staff use project resources effectively and efficiently
- Manage designated field staff to ensure that they are working according to agreed plans and taking good care of the project equipment
- Review and recommend on activities and financial related advances submitted by subordinates
- Ensure the quality of project management and the community own the development process
To coordinate and network with the partners, National Office-NO team, Area Manager, Sectors Coordinators, Community and other stakeholders
- Provide operational support and to avoid overloaded activities at any point of time at the camp, village and ward level interventions
- Attend management and/ or coordination meetings regularly and provide field level better practices and challenges to other team members
- Proactively engage with CP related meetings include Government, UN agencies, other INGOs/LNGOs, government ministries, and faith-based organizations to redress any challenges and improve the efficiency of project.
Accountability & Quality Assurance
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the National Office-NO on non-financial matters
- Measure, document impact, and working closely with WVIM Technical teams and Program Support team
- Ensure industry codes of conduct (Red Cross and Red Crescent Code of Conduct, People in Aid) and performance standards (Sphere) are to be applied to all our work
- Ensure that the project is implemented in time and within the approved budget.
- Document and disseminate best practices and lessons learnt
Perform other tasks duly assign by supervisor/ manager.
- Carry out or engage task with good judgement and responsibly.
- Perform additional duties and assignments proactively
To assume personal responsibility for career development
- By actively participating with manager in producing a relevant and jointly agreed development plan
- The plan will identify key areas which will assist in personal and professional development consistent with World Visions strategic goals

Required Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 years project management experiences with humanitarian response in replacement-related and early recovery contexts.
- Having experience in food security and livelihood, cash programing in replacement, child protection and MHPSS in conflict/humanitarian settings is preferred
- Required Education, training, license, registration and certification
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Master Degree in such as Public Administration, Development Studies, Business Management, Community Development is preferred
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Good knowledge of International HEA Standards
- Knowledge of Livelihood approach, including economic development project models.
- Good knowledge of Child Protection in Humanitarian Action programming specifically in case management, PSS and community-based CP mechanisms.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, negotiating, networking and organizational skills
- Computer literate and have high skills of information sourcing and gathering including internet
- Excellent knowledge of humanitarian Industry, local context and organizational culture
- Good judgment and knowledge of media ethics
- Good knowledge of Myanmar Child Law, Labour Law, United Nations CRC, industry codes of conduct (Red Cross and Red Crescent Code of Conduct, People in Aid) and performance standards (Sphere)Able to work under pressure to deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
