Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week12 month FTCOverview:Concept Housing Association CIC have a new opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Finance team.This is a key position for us in which you will oversee the delivery of multiple business system solutions and associated applications, ensuring they are completed within agreed timelines and meet organizational objectives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business improvements, provide project management support, and ensure the successful implementation of IT projects that enhance our services.Key Responsibilities:Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of business IT projects, ensuring they progress as planned and providing regular updates to manage expectations.Leadership in Methodologies: Apply project management methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile PM to ensure projects are delivered consistently and effectively.Third-Party Collaboration: Guide third-party project managers in the delivery of IT business projects, ensuring alignment with internal goals and standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and end usersCommunication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication channels, delivering regular project status reports.Post-Implementation Review: Conduct thorough reviews after project completion to identify follow-up actions and lessons learned for continuous improvement.Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.Project Documentation: Handle all project communications and documentationAbout You:Experience in the social housing sector, or similar sector particularly with Housing Management Systems and Salesforce.Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.Experience managing project budgets of up to £1M.Strong understanding and experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.Qualified Prince2 Practitioner with extensive experience in managing project teams through matrix management.Strong communication skillsExperience with complex business systems, including Housing Management, Property Management and / or Financial Systems.Working knowledge of information security policies, processes, and procedures.Experience in delivering successful cross-functional IT projects.Working knowledge or experience in ICT Governance, assurance and audit, risk management, portfolio management, IT systems procurement, business relationship management, and project execution.This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive significant business improvement through effective project management in the social housing sector.
