Managing and supervising the project in Turkey – Hatay
will be responsible for overall project management and ensuring that project objectives/ implementation are on track/budget as planned, ensure implementation and documentation according to donor/partner/other stakeholder compliance requirements, and assist in program development.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Supervise the project team and liaise with logistics, MEAL, Safety and Security, HR…. etc., and all stakeholders from WATAN regarding project activities implementation.
• Maintain updated project human resources, structure, and team capacity-building plans.
• Maintain updated and accurate implementation plan.
• Maintain the project team’s administrative routine.
• Maintain updated and accurate budget monitoring tools and develop and monitor project budget and expenditures.
• Develop, monitor, and implement project work plans according to project outputs.
• Oversee timely preparation of relevant programme documentation for approval from Gaziantep programme and finance teams, including payment planning documents, beneficiary signature lists, Payment Approval Forms
• Prepare and document the project files and ensure sound administrative practices regarding record keeping, compliance with donor/partner regulations, communications, etc.
• Ensure securing the project documents updated and shared on the online drive (SharePoint).
• Ensure that program/project goals and plans are implemented on time, within budget, and according to donor/partner/other stakeholder compliance requirements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in International development/ Business, Education, Management/social sciences.
• Arabic-English Turkish is (highly preferable).
• Minimum 3 years professional experience leading, managing, and implementing projects.
1. PMP/PMD-Pro Certified (highly preferable).
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to represent the organization image in professional manner.
• Commitment to humanitarian relief standards,
1. High level of organizing skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, remote management, and planning skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently,
4. Ability to create new relations with active players in field.
5. High level of flexibility to adapt to new environment, handle work load,
6. High level of problem solving and decision-making skills
7. Very good report writing skills.

9. Very Good computer skills (MS office)
