Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.Your Role

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
• Support colleagues across Arkle who have no formal project management background to identify project tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
• Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Strategic Transformation function and its way of working.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong on the process side of Project Management including controls and risk management.
• Financial Services experience.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• A project management qualification ( e.g. Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master or recognised equivalent).
• A self-starter who is comfortable to be THE person the business relies on to keep projects on track.
