If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.The Project Manager will play a key role in implementing and maintaining high standards of project delivery, strengthening ISS’s reputation in the project services market and supporting growth across the PSPT portfolio with both existing and prospective clients.You will lead the tactical development and execution of capital projects and Moves and Changes (MAC) across PSPT real estate, ensuring quality outcomes that align with client expectations and business objectives.Job DescriptionThis role will involve shaping and managing the delivery model, overseeing resources, ensuring adherence to commercial governance and compliance standards, and mitigating risk.You will also be responsible for developing and managing an effective supply chain strategy, enabling efficient project execution while upholding safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout all phases of delivery.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical planning and execution of Capital Projects and MAC initiatives.
• Drive organic project growth within the PSPT framework.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with ISS Country Teams, Key Accounts, Global Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Hold full P&L accountability across Projects, Account, and Country levels.
• Manage project delivery models and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure strong commercial governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Develop and oversee supply chain strategy and subcontractor management.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Construction, Engineering, or the Built Environment is essential.
• Experience at Senior Manager level in FM/building projects, ideally in corporate or banking environments.
• Strong track record of leading project management teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to drive efficiencies in labour and materials.
• Skilled in people management, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining high operational standards.
• Resilient and customer-focused, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
