By blending operation and enhancements of digital tools for remote diagnostics, along with a 24/7 help desk for three key products: Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, Medium Gas Turbines, and Small Gas Turbines customers, we aim to amplify reliability, availability, and efficiency. The Operational Monitoring and Governance (OMG) team is a dynamic and integral part of the CTS organization. Our primary focus is customer care, process optimization, and tool enhancement, all aimed towards ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. Comprising of 8 passionate individuals scattered across the globe, we are devoted to achieving service excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact
The SE GS D GSO CTS OMG team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee our external projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners. Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to set expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Address project issues promptly and effectively.
Regularly assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Foster positive relationships with clients, and partners.
Prepare project budgets based on scope and resource requirements.
Supervise and manage budgetary allocations to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or IT).
Proven experience as a Project Manager handling external projects.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
IPMA, PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Must be customer focused and be able to demonstrate leadership, problem solving / decision making in a high-pressure environment.
Appreciation of Siemens international Customer base, their respective cultural diversity, and an ability to communicate in more than one language would be a distinct advantage.

Ability to analyze information and provide reports and feedback to project team members and management.
A good understanding of the Power Generation Services business in the Distributed Generation market, including but not limited to: customers, regional set-up, strategy, business processes, especially as these businesses/customers/markets/processes relate to digitalization.
