  1. Project Management (45%)
    1. Oversee fulfillment of project tasks based on a work plan and aligned with the approved budget.
    2. Ensure the smooth implementation and quality of the project activities, i..e. ensure the quality facilitation of the training for the learning facilitators, smooth transition of the AKAP learners etc.
    3. Supervises Project Staff on the day-to-day operations of the project.
    4. Provide coaching and mentoring support to project coordinators as necessary.
    5. Maintain and develop partnerships with donors and other stakeholders, implementing partners at the regional and national level.
    6. Regular communication, meetings and strong coordination with the relevant officials, Technical Working Group in MBHTE and maintain and foster strong relationship
    7. Supervise and liaise with the GEDSI focal, IPED focal, Competency-based focal and SBM focal for this specific project.
    8. Prepare project progress and final reports, share with HO anchors and grant teams for internal reviews and share with the donors on a timely manner
    9. Ensure Improving capacities of LFs to implement innovations in K3 teaching and learning delivery through learners’ assessments matched with the right pedagogy and materials as per the ToR
    10. Ensure mainstreaming of gender, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI) strategies within the AKAP
    11. LC and ACS based on the GEDSI analysis and action plan.
    12. Support creating home-schools connections through strengthening the capacity of parents, volunteers,and ensure community members to sustain early grade learning at home and community setting as per the ToRManage project communication among project units and external stakeholders including organizing and leading Technical Working Group meetings.
    13. Establish a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
    14. Responsible for ensuring team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
    15. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
    16. Any other major responsibilities assigned by the CD
  2. Project Monitoring & Evaluation and visibility (30%)
    1. Oversee the data collection and management of the project..by identifying achievable
    2. and relevant indicator as reflected in Pathways’ Performance Assessment Framework (PAF).
    3. Progress tracking and reporting including summative monitoring report as per the ToR
    4. Capture learning or lessons from the different activities and data from monitoring and evaluation as per the ToR
    5. Prepare consolidated accomplishment reports regularly.
    6. Write, edit, and/or collect relevant project successes in the form of presentations, stories, reports or other materials,
    7. Coordinate with donors and major partners on data information requirements.
    8. Coordinate with external researchers or evaluators as necessary.
  3. Project Communications Strategy (25%)
    1. Participate in the development of a communications and branding strategy and an integrated communications plan for the project
    2. Implement communication activities and ensure development of IEC materials and human-interest stories such as newsletter, brochures, briefing packets, presentations, press releases, TV/radio spots aligned with the project goals and ensure proper dissemination at the appropriate channel
    3. Maintain strong advocacy with donor and the ministry at local and national level
    4. Participate in different national level education seminars/conferences/symposiums etc. to showcase the project success as part of the project and visibility of the education Philippines and BI education programme
