Capgemini Financial Services Insights & Data Practice is seeking a Project Manager with regulatory project experience and strong stakeholder management skillsRequired Skills

  • Experience with REST APIs, ServiceMesh, JIRA, Jenkins.
  • Strong project/program management and Agile Scrum knowledge.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:Delivery Management:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with Barclays’ change governance standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Facilitate daily calls, planning workshops, and triage investigations.

Project Planning:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Develop detailed work packages and manage the critical path.

Risk Management:

  • Create and execute a risk management framework.
  • Identify, assess, control, and mitigate risks.
