Company DescriptionFollowing recent successes in winning great projects with a number of top clients we are seeking to appoint high calibre staff who are ambitious and want to further develop their career.This position offers excellent renumeration and career prospects.Job DescriptionThe opportunityOur property project management team require high calibre project managers to support our projects in the South West and South Wales.Our current sector workload includes; commercial, concert arenas, local authorities, data centres, transportation, development sites, logistics, health, education, defence, digital and manufacturing.You will be self-motivated and will enjoy working face to face with Clients and supporting a T&T team for the delivery of our projects. • A Project Manager will:
• Play a key role in the delivery of large projects
• Successfully manage their own projects
• Engage directly with the client
• Support the project team and client stakeholders
• Engage with the wider market.

Qualifications

• Ideally Degree qualified plus professional qualification.
• Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate Project Management
• Competent in contract administration
• Working towards a professional qualification via a relevant professional body e.g. RICS, APM, ICE or CIOB.
