The Fife Coast and Countryside Trust (FCCT) is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic

Working with the Head of Development, the Project Manager will plan, co-ordinate and manage the
development and delivery of projects. In partnership with SEPA and Fife Council, they will lead
on specific river restoration projects as well as supporting wider initiatives and partnerships
that contribute to our vision. Initial project focus for this post will be the Back Burn and
River Leven Restoration Projects, closely linked with The Leven Programme. As these projects
mature, focus will be on developing and delivering further river restoration projects across
Fife.
The Project Manager will work collaboratively with FCCT teams, partners, funders, specialist
consultants, communities, landowners, and other stakeholders. They will be responsible for
stakeholder engagement, inspiring and leading project teams, communications, overseeing
delivery, project reporting including finances to partners and funders, problem solving, and
evaluation. The post will also play a key role in procurement, contract management, budgetary
control, and securing funding whilst technical support is in place to support with these
elements.
Essential Characteristics
This post is a full-time (36 hours per week) permanent post with an annual salary from
£38,950.71 to £42,686.23 (FC8). Work will be delivered over a five-day week but may include
some evening and weekend work as required. Additional benefits include:
