As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Zilliant customer implementations, working directly with high-profile customers to meet requirements which help them to drive business value through leveraging Zilliant products. You’ll work with peers and customers of various technical backgrounds and report directly to the Practice Director.What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure on-time and on budget delivery of projects, through effective management of customer objectives, scope, and risks
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring customers remain aligned with their objectives and obtaining feedback to drive increased customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines and reports to monitor progress, applying problem solving skills to ensure projects are profitable
  • Team members are also actively involved in driving our internal initiatives around project delivery excellence and maturity within our Project Management Office

  • A strategic thinker that is proactive and can anticipate potential challenges and create strategies to mitigate them effectively as part of overall project management plan
  • An innovative thinker who can develop and deliver compelling software solutions to a broad set of project stakeholders
  • A dynamic problem solver who can lead with charisma and conviction able to delegate tasks and lead diverse teams
  • A superior communicator with proven client facilitation skills, whether meeting virtually, or via in person
  • A multi-tasker, who can simultaneously manage multiple projects whilst building trusted relationships with our customers.
  • A self-starter who is motivated to collaborate, take ownership, and execute on tasks proactively Ideally you will have:
  • some experience in the Pricing Industry, with the ability to understand and explain pricing concepts
  • Practical experience with Salesforce or similar SaaS solutions, experience delivering Salesforce or similar software projects and a working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite
  • Experience with integrations and integration challenges.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing projects, project teams and delivering complex IT Projects
  • 2+ years in scrum Master roles, certification preferred
  • Presentation skills and the ability to demo solutions
  • The ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
