The Project Officer is crucial in supporting the Research Projects & Partnerships Manager and other team members in building and maintaining relationships with both prospective and existing users of CTRL.

Your responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including research project coordinators/managers, software engineers, IT departments, human research ethics committees, and research governance bodies.
- Project Coordination: Manage end-to-end processes for the adaptation and deployment of CTRL, a tool used by research teams to obtain consent for participation in research projects.
- Requirement Scoping: Identify and document new requirements for CTRL to meet the needs of research teams.
- Meeting Participation: Prepare for and present projects in both internal and external meetings.
- Data Management and Analysis: Handle data management tasks and perform analysis as required.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly while adhering to specific timelines

- Experience in project coordination and data management.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Proficiency in working with IT and software tools.
