CENTRE FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT is an NGO is going implement “Placement linked Vocational Training” project on sustainable economic empowerment model for unemployed youths in Puri district of Odisha.

Position:
Field Coordinator (for Placement linked Vocational Training Project) is a key position and calls for strong leadership, managerial skills and ability to multi-task with a passion to work with a team and all villages in the Puri district.

Qualification & Experience:
(1) Candidate must be a Graduate.
(2) He/she must belongs to Puri of Odisha only (Knowledge about area/localities is must).
(3) Minimum 3 years NGO Working Experience in organizing field programme at grassroot level/contacts with local people in different blocks of Puri district.
(4) Mobilization, motivation, counseling, proficiency & command over written and spoken English is essential.

Payment:
Remuneration for the position would be Rs. 13,000/- to Rs.17,000/- per month. TA is additional & within the budgetary provision.

Location:
Place of posting will be district office at Puri and will report to the District Manager.

Job Description of Field Coordinator:
(1) Conduct survey in different villages with own motorcycle.
(2) Mobilization & Motivation of un-employed youths in different GPs/blocks
(3) Identification of vocational Trainers in different GPs/blocks
(4) Contact with Public Representatives/VIPs/Officials
(5) Supervision and Monitoring of the training programmes in all GPs/blocks
(6) Mobilization of local resources.
(7) Maintenance of tour diary
(8) Organize activities/events/programmes/rallies/ meeting
(9) SHGs Formation in different GPs/blocks
(10) Assisting the youths for loan
(11) Report preparation
(12) Coordinate multiple projects/programmes
(13) Daily report to the Senior Coordinator etc.
