The ENHANCER (Enhancement of Entrepreneurship Capacities for Sustainable Socio-Economic Integration) Project has been developed to provide a comprehensive, innovative and inclusive support with a strategic approach in order to contribute to the socio-economic inclusion of the Syrians Under Temporary Protection to the local host communities.

ENHANCER is funded by the European Union and implemented by ICMPD in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey.

The Project was launched in January 2020, operating in 11 provinces, including Adana, Ankara, Bursa, Gaziantep, Hatay, İstanbul, İzmir, Mersin, Kayseri, Konya, and Şanlıurfa, and the total project budget is 32.5 million €.

The Project Officer will work under ENHANCER’s Job Creation Component on grant programmes with the Component Lead, one Junior Project Officer and one Project Assistant.

• Experience in grants, sub-grants, financial monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project administration.
• Experience in administrative procedures and event organization.

Position-Specific Qualifications and Language Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant area is a REQUIREMENT
• In addition to the languages listed in the job profile (i.e. fluent English), Turkish is a REQUIREMENT.​
