Position Summary

The position will provide a responsive concierge service to the program participants including, students, host organisations and additional program partners. In addition, the position provides high level administration support to the Switch to Social Work team to assist in delivering a responsive, evidence-based program. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project officer to join a team where the focus is on operationalising policy and implementation of a complex project.

  • Location: Blended work plan – home & office (3 days per week) (Melbourne CBD)
  • Reports to: Manager – Switch to Social Work
  • Reporting to this role: There are no positions reporting to this role.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary concierge contact point for participants and host organisations, building strong relationships through attentive service and effective communication.
  • Provide personalised assistance to participants as required to enhance their program experience.
  • Provide regular check-ins with participants and proactively trouble shoot any issues or queries.
  • Design, develop and deliver monthly participant drop-in sessions.
  • Provide high level administrative and project support to the Project Manager and Switch to Social Work team, including minute taking.
  • Assist in maintaining and collecting data and preparing program reports for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Attend and actively engage in program meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve program delivery.
  • Work autonomously, while seeking assistance as required to deliver program objectives and outcomes to a high standard.
