This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and dynamic Water & Land Stewardship
(W&LS) team and make a real difference for the environment. The W&LS team sits within a
wider organisation of about 35 staff.
Working with your colleagues, you will develop and deliver a range of W&LS projects,
deepening your understanding of nature recovery, water resources, farming, and climate change
as you go.
You will make change on the ground by engaging with a range of stakeholders, collating,
analysing and presenting data on nature-based solutions, and using this to identify
opportunities for improvements on the ground. You will contribute to funding bids and project
reporting, and be able to take part in a range of projects across the Trust depending on your
skills and interest.
This is a varied role which can be adapted to suit the skills and experience of the applicant.
It will include walkovers and surveys to support identification of solutions; data collation
and analysis; working with staff, landowners and other partners to develop solutions; and
communicating about the benefits of our work.
