Trinity County Resource Conservation District is accepting applications for the position of Project Specialist – Horticulture in its Ecology Program. This position will assist with nursery management and operations, landscape and grounds maintenance, and community outreach and engagement. In addition to overseeing the nursery, this position will coordinate general landscaping and stewardship needs for the Young Family Ranch and assist with District events. This is a full-time supervisory position with pay of $28.00 per hour. This is a grant-funded position for one year, with the opportunity to extend employment as funding allows. The position has flexible scheduling, paid leave, medical benefits, and retirement options. Review of applications will take place on December 1, 2025; anticipated start date is January 12, 2026.
