Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Management and economics background preferred.
  • Previous professional experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in conducting project visualizations with communities.
  • Experience in conducting beneficiary identification, verification, and registration.
  • Experience in supporting referrals or selecting service providers.
  • Experience and tact in dealing with the local community and accepting opinions and criticism.
  • English and Arabic languages required.
  • The ability to work independently in a rapidly changing professional environment with the aim of developing administrative procedures and protocols that ensure optimal operation of operation.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • The ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion.
  • Experience in the use of computers and office software packages.

 

 

Tasks

 

  • Livelihood Surveys
  • Quality assurance of the organization’s policies, tools, guidelines, and guidelines
  • Responsible for the compilation of project documents – collection and verification of files – technical activities for livelihoods and cash projects
  • Ensure the value of expenditures on technical activities in livelihoods and cash projects
  • Responsible for skills development activities (Vocational Skills, Vocational Training, Employment) and overall supervision of business development training and grant activities.
  • Coordination with relevant back-to-back agents.
  • For the participation of project assistants and incentive staff.
  • Work counter and markup
  • Leadership in the preparation of all payments including salaries and cash grants
  • Provide mentoring and training to all corporate defenders with grants.
  • Performance management and performance management leave employees.
  • Carry out currency mapping for the service provider
  • Establish strong working relationships around the local focal point
  • Implementation of the process of location of beneficiaries and verification of various activities.
  • Planning business trips on business trips
  • Raising purchase orders for purchasing and spending plans
  • Publication and distribution reports.
  • Ensure mainstreaming of protection in the implementation of cash program activities.
