Property Development Project ManagerLocation: UK-wide (Hybrid – Home-based, ideally within the South East, with regular travel to London and project sites)Contract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annumSummaryTide Partnership is proud to be working with a private adult social care provider seeking an experienced Property Development Project Manager to oversee their exciting property repurposing projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to join an organisation dedicated to improving adult social care services while ensuring efficient property development and compliance processes.The RoleAs the Property Development Project Manager , you will be instrumental in driving the organisation’s property development initiatives and ensuring all projects run smoothly. You will oversee and coordinate the legal, planning, and transactional processes while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of property development and repurposing projects.
• Ensuring all legal, planning, and compliance processes are completed efficiently.
• Acting as the main liaison between contractors, solicitors, planning consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitoring project budgets and providing cost forecasts to senior management.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements for greater project efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with planning regulations and health and safety standards.
• Regularly visiting project sites and attending fortnightly meetings in London.

TravelDue to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to travel fortnightly to London and regularly to project sites across the UK. Additionally, a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.Job Criteria – Essential:

• Experience in the health and social care sector.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly within property development or real estate.
• Strong understanding of legal and planning processes related to property transactions.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework and requirements for properties in line with the CQC.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.

Job Criteria – Desirable:

• Knowledge of compliance requirements for care facilities.
• Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Familiarity with planning and development regulations in the UK.
