Liverpool – £48,000 – £57,000 Property Litigation SolicitorLiverpool/HybridSalary negotiableMy client’s Property Litigation team handles a diverse portfolio, representing public and private sector landlords, tenants, and real estate developers. With a client base including local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations, blue chip retailers, and owner-managed businesses, they utilize tailored case management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with court procedures and deadlines.Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of property litigation work, focusing primarily on defendant housing disrepair matters.
  • Handle commercial cases such as estate management, possession actions, business lease renewals, and injunctions.
  • Address residential cases including possessions, rent recovery, and disrepair for housing associations and other residential landlords.
  • Provide support to colleagues with their caseloads and contribute to the development of junior team members.
  • Participate in business development activities and networking events to enhance the firm’s profile.
  • Complete Management Information (MI) procedures as required and meet set targets/KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant deadlines, quality measures, and company policies while upholding the values of the firm.

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • Possesses knowledge of property litigation work.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, motivation, and drive.
  • Has excellent IT and typing skills.
  • Exhibits strong communication and time management abilities.
  • Is capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
