Property Litigation SolicitorLevel: 2+£38,000 -£46,000HampshireOur client is a regional firm with a stellar property litigation team. They are looking to expand the team and are open to hearing from a range of solicitors with quality experience working with individuals, businesses, retail and leisure, charities, government and banking clients in relation to:

• Business Tenancies – dilapidations, rent reviews, rent and service charge disputes
• Landlord and Tenant work Work – insolvent tenant, breach of covenant, forfeiture Rights to light, vacant possession strategies and restrictive covenenants
• Professional Negligence matters
• Residential Property – enfranchisement, possession, party wall, trespass and boundary disputes, rent recovery
• Land Contracts

You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of dealing with property litigation matters as well as developing client relationships. This is the ideal role for an ambitious solicitor with plenty of drive and energy.
