• Manage and oversee an extensive portfolio of properties
• Coordinate with tenants and landlords to facilitate smooth property lettings
• Ensure all properties are maintained and comply with health and safety regulations
• Handle tenant issues and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and renovation works
• Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends in the property industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both tenants and landlords
