We are looking for a passionate Property Sales Manager who can support us in delivering client-driven innovation and turning exciting service concepts into a reality making the experience of buying and selling a home a pleasure.As the Property Sales Manager your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with flexibility for home working after a successful onboarding. Your salary will be CIRCA £31000 – negotiable depending on your experience, with team bonus earning potential.As the Property Sales Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guide each property marketing project to success and navigating any challenges along the way.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to bring each project to fruition and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors and home-search agents to manage the sales process, working with solicitors and third-party services.
  • Conduct property valuations and manage records in the internal database.
  • Prepare and send valuation letters and Rightmove comparison reports.
  • Coordinate listing details, including property descriptions, photography and videography.
  • Handle walk-in and telephone enquiries and provide viewing feedback to vendors.

Property experience is ideal, but what we are looking for is someone with experience in sales and delivering world-class customer service, a positive ‘can do’ approach and a ‘will-do’ determination. You’ll need to be talented at juggling lots of different tasks and working out the best way to overcome problems as well as being great at working with people.Other Key Skills

  • Leadership and facilitation skills to motivate, support and lead the project.
  • A passionate attention to detail to create beautiful, bespoke marketing materials
  • The ability to pull together information from different sources, make decisions and form clear, confident recommendations.
