We are seeking an experience, passionate and knowledgeable Property Supervisor to make a real difference in our visitors, clients, and students’ lives within our Townsville sites.

What is the role?
The Property Supervisor is a unique role, providing hands-on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staff working within the Townsville cluster. The position is responsible for ensuring all applicable legislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled, ad-hoc maintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds are in a presentable condition.
This role’s responsibilities include overseeing the grounds and maintenance for multiple sites, including a Residential Aged Care, Home Care and a School, based in Townsville.
What do I need for the role?
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, planning, time management and computer skills.
- Thorough Knowledge of legislative requirements relevant to grounds maintenance
- Experience in similar role and/or an Aged Care setting and grounds and landscaping highly regarded.
