A top 50 law firm is looking for a Pursuits Specialist to join their central pitch team for a 6 months FTC where you will report directly to the Head of Bids. Th role will see you supporting the team on strategic pitch opportunities in your own or working alongside a Proposal Manager.This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to manage their own bids and have input into the team’s strategy and infrastructure. The role will see you working with all their sectors giving you exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.Highlights

• Lead and manage strategic tenders, utilising Pursuit tools for SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive key milestones and actions from kick-off meetings to proposition development and production, while anticipating challenges and developing solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Services specialists to develop strategic approaches and draft compelling non-technical responses.
• Coach presentation teams for winning presentations.
• Innovate and enhance Pursuit team efficiencies, while proactively upskilling marketing team members and the wider business.

The firm is looking for previous pitch experience within professional services and someone who can hit the ground running.
