The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) hereby solicits your bid for the Provision of cleaning services for the ODIHR office in Warsaw  for a period of one year with four one-year optional extensions to be exercised based on satisfactory performance.
