Introduction :

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme, administered by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires Provision of Catering and Canteen Services to United Nations Organizations in Bonn, Germany.

The focus of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is on the provision of canteen and conference catering services to ensure continuous high-quality services for all clients.  UN Bonn prefers to receive proposals for both services, with provision of conference catering service being the minimum requirement for any submitted bid.    The additional provision of canteen or cafeteria services on the 29th floor will receive additional scores in the technical evaluation of bids, reflecting UN Bonn’s interest in a broad spectrum of services.  

 The interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
