Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Presence in Albania is seeking offers from qualified contractors for the supply and delivery of controlled items to assist the Witness Protection Directorate of the Albanian State Police (ASP) in establishing a well-organised and efficiently run witness protection programme, with the ultimate goal to enhance the safety of the witnesses who need protection in accordance with internationally recognised standards.
