<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;line-height: normal;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-origin: initial;background-clip: initial;”>The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Sudan is supporting the implementation of multiple capacity-building and training activities under the Global Fund grants for TB, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and C19RM. These grants are being implemented in close collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Health and relevant State Ministries of Health.
In this context, UNDP has received funds to facilitate the organization of a series of training workshops, stakeholder meetings, and technical committee sessions across several states in Sudan, including Red Sea, White Nile, Khartoum, Northern, River Nile and Kassala. The events cover critical areas such as Emergency Medical Service Protocols, Rapid Response Team (RRT) training, case management for Cholera and Dengue, malaria-focused laboratory and DHIS2 trainings, community health mapping data collection and coordination meetings with stakeholders and technical committees.
UNDP hereby invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of comprehensive event management services—including venue arrangements, catering, multimedia setup, stationery, and related logistics—as specified in the Schedule of Requirements of this RFQ.
