Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Centre in Ashgabat is seeking proposals from qualified local contractors for provision of event management services for OSCE Centre in Ashgabat (2024-2025). The OSCE Centre in Ashgabat (CiAsh) as part of its activities arranges various conferences, seminars, meetings and other events (the Events) in Ashgabat, attended by OSCE officials, diplomats, government officials, experts, representatives of other international organizations, NGOs, and other counterparts. For the organization of the Events, including where interpretation equipment is required, the CiAsh requires integrated conferencing and event organization services in Yyldyz or Archabil hotel including accommodation for local participants from velayats in Olimpiya hotel, Grand Turkmen hotel or Sport hotel, transportation, rental of venues and equipment, provision of meals and flower decoration. OSCE is looking for an experienced event agency which can provide broad range of services specified in this document including supplementary services.
