1. Scope of work and expected outputs.
The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:
– A “Monthly Trends Report” covering key Political, Security, Economic and Oil and Gas developments in Libya which would utilize the content to identify, contextualise and analyse key political, security, economic, and energy developments in Libya in order to assess their impact on political stability, strategic conflict drivers, and economic developments.
– These reports identify trends and use scenario-based forecasting to ensure clients are ahead of the curve in their understanding of developments in Libya and can calibrate their decision-making accordingly.
– The reports are in English. They would be delivered on the first Wednesday at the beginning of each month and are 15 – 18 pages long.
2. Deliverables
– A “Monthly Trends Report” covering key Political, Security and Economic developments in Libya.
3. Contract duration:
12 months after the Contract start dates
4. MONITORING/REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
The Contractor shall submit the above reports according to the programme format and guidelines: The reports are in English. They would be delivered on the first Wednesday at the beginning of each month and are 15 – 18 pages long.
