Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks bids from qualified and interested Bidders to establish a Corporate Window Contract for the provision of Managed Public Key Infrastructure Services for an aggregate duration of five (5) years (3+1+1) subject to agreement between the parties and in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein.
