Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Mission to Serbia (OSCE) intends to establish a long-term contract for provision of Mobile Voice and Data Telecommunication services with the selected bidder for the total duration of 5 years, with an initial contract of one year that may be extended two times by agreement of both parties for another two years (1+2+2). The Local Window Contract is expected to commence on 1st February 2025.
